It is the legal relationship deriving from a work contract and which binds the owner of the relationship and the worker to the observance of each other's obligations, the main ones being: for the worker, the provision of the work and, for the holder, the recognition of the agreed remuneration for such service. In order to establish the competent legislation, the work relationship must be located in the territory.
È il rapporto giuridico derivante da un contratto di lavoro e che vincola il titolare del rapporto e il lavoratore all'osservanza delle reciproche obbligazioni, le cui principali sono: per il lavoratore, l'erogazione della prestazione lavorativa e, per il titolare, il riconoscimento della retribuzione pattuita per tale prestazione. Al fine di stabilire la legislazione competente, il rapporto di lavoro deve essere localizzato sul territorio.
